Senior Management

Steve Jager is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the
Horizon Group of Companies. A Birmingham Alabama native, Mr. Jager
has previously held a variety of executive and managerial positions in
the financial and manufacturing industries. In addition, Steve is well
known in the consulting community for his involvement in new business
startups and venture capital negotiations. Steve was previously CEO and
Primary Shareholder of Clark Substations Incorporated, Owner of Jager
Consulting, and Retail Sales Manager with AmSouth Bank. Steve received
his Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Management from the University Of
North Alabama. Mr. Jager has been very active in philanthropist circles as
the previous Crisis Center Board of Directors President, the previous Big
Brothers/Big Sisters of Birmingham Board of Directors President, and as
a United Way of Shelby County previous Campaign Chairman.
